I discovered pottery during lockdown as a way to cope with anxiety and stress. It became my 'happy place,' offering mindfulness and peace. In 2021, I began teaching others, using pottery as a tool to improve mental well-being. My classes are open to all skill levels, starting with a short meditation to help everyone relax and tap into their creativity.
My goal is to make pottery a form of creative therapy, helping those who struggle with loneliness, anxiety, and depression, while fostering a supportive community.
Students often say pottery brings them joy and helps improve their mental and physical well-being. It’s wonderful to see how these classes have positively impacted so many lives. See testimonials further down the page from students.
